As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams, managing project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and vendors
* Identify and communicate scope changes, prepare and submit cost and schedule change estimates
* Negotiate and process client change orders and issue subcontractor and vendor change orders

Requirements

* 5+ years' experience in construction project management
* Experience managing design and construction of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPFP) systems is preferred
* Experience working with 3-D modeling and systems commissioning is preferred
* 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field is preferred
* Strong organization skills, good time management, professionalism, and ability to work well with others
* Sense of selflessness, humility, and enterprise-first mentality, emotional and social intelligence
* Certifications/Licenses required = OSHA 10
* Preferred: LEED, PMP, EIT, PE, or AIA, USACE CQM
