Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cart & Janitorial Associate at Walmart. As a key member of our Front-End Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter our store to the moment they leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers have a great first and last impression by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Gather carts from the parking lot and transport them to the store for cleaning and maintenance.
- Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
- Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Work in all weather conditions, maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull carts and equipment, as well as stand for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
