Key Responsibilities

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of projects within your designated areas, focusing on:

  • Experience with electronic scheduling tools is preferred

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction management
  • Experience with production homebuilding is advantageous
  • Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Knowledge of residential building codes
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Work Schedule:

This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with additional hours as necessary.
