The Office Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing diversified clerical support to the operational needs of the office/department at Northwell Health.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative assistance, including typing correspondence, reports, and articles; greeting and directing visitors; answering telephones and taking messages.

  • Maintain department/office files, record keeping, and patient record filing.

  • Schedule appointments/meetings, maintain inventory, and order supplies for the department/office.

  • Perform related duties as required.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience required.

  • Bilingual Spanish (Preferred).
