Job Title: Med-Surg Ortho RN

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a talented Med-Surg Ortho RN to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term potential and is located on-site.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Med-Surg Ortho to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze comprehensive data to determine patient diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
  • Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team and ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
  • Educate patients and their families on medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support throughout their stay.
  • Act as an advocate for patient safety and ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 1 year of recent RN experience, with a strong preference for LTAC experience.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
  • Current BLS required, with ACLS preferred and required within 6 months of hire.
  • BSN preferred.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive pay range of $27.72 - $33/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave. The shift details are Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a-7p and Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a.
