Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead and guide design and construction projects, working closely with clients and architects to deliver high-performance building engineering solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and oversee electrical systems, power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, emergency power, UPS, renewable energy systems, fire alarm system, low-voltage systems/coordination (IT, safety, security, access control)
  • Lead all phases of project development, from bidding to construction
  • Develop and implement innovative energy-efficient designs and specifications
  • Maintain and create strong relationships with owners and architects

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Consulting Engineering
  • PE License in Massachusetts
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with Revit/AutoCAD
  • Expertise in MEP Design and Specifications
  • Strong project management and business development skills

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
