Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Right of Way Agent III to join our team at The Bergaila Companies. As a Right of Way Agent III, you will be responsible for supporting local stakeholders with land and right-of-way projects within an assigned location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support local stakeholders with land and right-of-way projects
  • Develop plans for access, temporary workspace, and notification of integrity and corrosion projects
  • Prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, and landowner claims
  • Negotiate legal agreements associated with real property
  • Identify and acquire permits from private, local, state, and federal agencies
  • Investigate, negotiate, settle, and issue checks for damage claims
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or related experience
  • 5+ years of midstream experience
  • Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats
  • Database experience
  • Title experience (basic understanding of title)
  • Experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Midstream/gathering system experience
