Job Summary: The Childcare Specialist will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children aged infants to preschool level. This includes planning age-appropriate activities, supervising children during meals and playtime, and maintaining a clean and organized childcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm and supportive atmosphere that fosters learning and growth
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to understand and meet the unique needs of each child
• Plan and implement activities encouraging cognitive, social, and physical development
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all safety standards
• Supervise children during meals, playtime, and rest periods, ensuring their well-being
• Provide positive guidance, resolving conflicts with patience and respect
• Communicate clearly and positively with parents, conveying progress and achievements
• Implement proper hygiene practices and protocols
• Remain attentive and responsive to children's needs and health concerns

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
