Key Responsibilities:

The RazerStore Sales Associate serves as the initial point of contact for customers entering the store. They take pride in representing the Razer brand and are dedicated to assisting customers with their gaming products. Establishing enduring relationships with customers and enhancing their connection to the Razer brand is paramount.
Core Duties Include:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming, assisting, and suggesting products.
  • Boost sales through effective product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, industry developments, and promotional offers.
  • Address inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet store goals and foster a positive work atmosphere.
  • Assist customers with product selection, provide detailed information, and showcase products effectively.
  • Manage the cash register and process transactions with accuracy.
  • Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Uphold company policies and perform additional assigned tasks.
  • Execute other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates must be able to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.   • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting while remaining attentive to customers.
  • Basic math and computer proficiency are necessary.
  • Understanding of basic POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • A passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming products.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
