Job Summary
As a Recreation Therapist at LifeBridge Health, you will provide a continuum of Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of outcome-based Treatment, Leisure Education and Recreation Participation interventions for patients as ordered by the physician and / or designated by the Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provides Physician Ordered, billable treatment to a diverse population including Acute Rehab, Chronic Care, Ventilator Dependent and Gero - Psych.
- Requires CTRS with one year experience or internship in a Rehab / Hospital setting.

Requirements
- CTRS with one year experience or internship in a Rehab / Hospital setting.
- Experience with MDS and Care Planning process a plus.
Salary and Benefits
Our salary range is $21.10-$31.59 per hour, based on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
