Snow Production Technician Job Description

We are looking for a skilled technician to join our snow production team at Vail Resorts. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate snowmaking equipment, including pumps, compressors, and guns.
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks on snowmaking equipment and buildings.
  • Conduct quality control checks on manufactured snow.
  • Work collaboratively with the snowmaking lead to meet operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (heavy machinery operation, snowmaking).
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in alpine environments.

The expected compensation range for this position is $23.25 - $25.25 per hour.
