Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Snack Merchandiser to join our team at Mondelez International. As a Snack Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising and maintaining our snack products in-store, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and In-Store Execution: Represent Mondelez International in front of in-store employees, work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products on shelves, and construct promotional displays.
  • Product Maintenance and Restocking: Ensure that our snack products are well-represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of our merchandising guidelines.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches by communicating effectively with store managers and our management team.
  • Operational Efficiency: Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
Requirements
  • Age and Valid Driver's License: Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Positive Attitude and Self-Motivation: Possess a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
  • Availability and Schedule: Live within 25 miles range from the primary location and be available to work 3-4 days per week, including one weekend day.
