We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Production Site Supervisor to join our team at FedUp Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the night shift and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the night shift team and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards or incidents to the Packaging Manager.
- Participate in safety training sessions and foster a culture of safety awareness among the team.
- Understand and manage the production schedule, ensuring that all work is assigned and completed efficiently.
- Ensure that all teams on the third shift have the resources they need to succeed, from materials to manpower.
- Oversee the proper setup and cleaning of packaging lines, ensuring that all product labeling and packaging information is accurate.
- Regularly monitor the facility to ensure all departments are operating safely and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary.
- Perform daily pre- and post-shift inspections, addressing any issues before production begins.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of leadership experience preferred, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus, though we value a strong leadership background above all.
