Job Summary:

The Bistro Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests at the Courtyard Bismarck North.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
