About the Role:
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, serving customers with exceptional hospitality and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages to restaurant guests
- Lead beverage sales person with expertise in wine and thorough knowledge of all aspects of bar service
- Train associate bartenders as needed
- Complete monthly bar inventory
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
- Punctuality and regular attendance
