Fox Rehabilitation is seeking top-caliber Occupational Therapists to join our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, a structured six-month professional development program designed to transition novice clinicians to confident and well-rounded professionals.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop competencies and clinical reasoning skills through a comprehensive program manual with weekly established goals and expectations. You will gradually progress to patient care over the first two months, ensuring a smooth transition to a confident and successful clinician.

Our program is specifically designed for recent graduates who wish to establish a broad clinical knowledge base during their first few critical years in the field. You will be part of a supportive environment that promotes patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and lifelong learning.

Mentor Program Highlights:
  • A structured 6-month professional development program

  • Gradual progression of patient care over the first two months

Requirements:

  • Must have valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply

  • Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
