Club Director Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Director to join our team at Anytime Fitness. As a Club Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our gym, including membership sales, personal training, and club promotional marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage membership sales and personal training programs
  • Develop and implement club promotional marketing strategies
  • Lead a team of personal trainers and group trainers
  • Ensure a clean and friendly environment for members and guests
  • Represent the Anytime Fitness brand in the local community

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of management and/or personal training experience
  • Personal training and CPR/AED certifications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays during peak season
  • Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
