  • Provide direct therapeutic interventions in home and community settings, focusing on enhancing family dynamics.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including assessments and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with insurance providers to secure necessary service authorizations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Travel to various locations as required to meet with families and coordinate services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • At least two years of experience in a clinical environment working with children and families.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with youth and families, advocating for their needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
