Prep Cook

At Custer State Park Resorts, we're seeking an experienced Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and contribute to the success of our resort.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about food preparation and can work effectively in a team. As a Prep Cook, you'll be responsible for supporting the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes and menu specifications
• Assist with food preparation, presentation, and plating
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve kitchen goals

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of three months' experience in a kitchen environment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
