Job Overview:

As a vital member of the Housing team, you will take on responsibilities that include:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents by managing the front desk and upholding housing policies.
  • Assisting in the organization and implementation of cultural and community events.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces such as lounges, restrooms, kitchens, and surrounding areas.
  • Addressing the needs and concerns of Cedar Fair associates residing in housing.
  • Planning and coordinating activities for residents, including transportation logistics.
  • Responding promptly and effectively to emergency situations.
  • Conducting regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Promoting and encouraging participation in Associate Events to foster community engagement.
  • Delivering exceptional guest service in line with Cedar Fair standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Meeting attendance requirements as per Cedar Fair policies.
  • Following the Rules of Conduct and grooming standards outlined in Employee Guidelines.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Effective verbal communication abilities for both individuals and groups.
  • Writing and basic math skills, along with strong organizational capabilities.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A commitment to creating a welcoming environment through a positive attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • The ability to pass a mandatory drug test and background check, if applicable.
