Job Title: Sales Manager

Merchology is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and mentoring sales team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop sales team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and optimize new and existing partnership initiatives.
  • Identify new revenue-generating business opportunities through partnerships and lead efforts to drive core business growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably leading or training salespeople.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales CRM tools and B2B sales processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coach, mentor, and empower sales team members.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales productivity and retention.
