Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pharmacist to join our team in a float position between our partnering retail pharmacy locations in North Dakota.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register with the state board of pharmacy as a supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
  • Maintain the pharmacy in good standing with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Oversee the entire operation of the pharmacy department to achieve financial goals, including budgeting, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Participate in business development activities within the store and community.
  • Manage pharmacy support personnel functions, including job performance and review.
  • Provide guidance and training to pharmacy associates and hold them accountable for complying with regulatory and company policies.
  • Ensure completion of all company-required training by all pharmacy associates.
  • Participate in patient-centered services, including immunization, medication therapy management, and wellness programs.
  • Counsel patients and medical providers regarding medication use, dosage, interactions, and side effects, as well as monitor patient health and progress to ensure compliance and optimize therapies.
Requirements
  • North Dakota pharmacy license.
  • Immunization certification.
  • Comfortable administering all vaccines.
