About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Revit Designer to join our team at Salas O'Brien. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality 2D and 3D design packages for various projects across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop structural steel and concrete deliverables that meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Lead small project teams and ensure the work is accurate, coordinated, and meets quality assurance measures.
  • Coordinate structural design elements with other disciplines and communicate design recommendations to clients and project teams.
  • Develop and refine structural designer methodologies, tools, and standards to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Mentor team members to develop additional strengths and competencies within the group.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience in structural steel and concrete design.
  • Associates degree in a related engineering technology discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
