We are seeking a Medical Director for our Ambulatory Care department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of our outpatient clinics.

Job Description

As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurse practitioners, to deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
  • Overseeing quality improvement initiatives
  • Fostering collaboration between departments to ensure seamless patient care

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also play a critical role in leading and motivating our team members to achieve their best. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively manage conflicts and build relationships with staff, patients, and external partners.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a base salary of $250,000 per year, a sign-on bonus of $30,000, and relocation assistance of up to $20,000. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) employer match and deferred compensation plan.
