About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team at Lincoln Industries. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in meeting production requirements by setting up and operating various machines.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate various machines to meet production requirements
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished products

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

  • Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
