We are seeking skilled window and door installers to join our team at Renewal by Andersen. As an installer, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading products and provide exceptional customer service to homeowners. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality craftsmanship, you will be responsible for transforming homes by installing windows and doors of all shapes, sizes, and styles.

About the Job:
This is a full-time position that offers year-round work, benefits, and a comprehensive training program. You will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to complete installation projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform walkthroughs with customers to explain the installation process.
  • Prepare windows, doors, and existing openings for installation.
  • Complete exterior and interior finish work on installed products.
  • Work closely with lead installers to ensure project success.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction, a trade, or window installation preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Customer service experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of superior craftsmanship.
