Overview

As a critical care RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
  • Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey
  • Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, BSN preferred.
  • Experience: One year experience Consecutive year within defined specialty (Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED or Womens) required.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current compact licensure in appropriate state required. Specialty Certification preferred.
