We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Wedding Gown Stylist to join our team at David's Bridal. As a Wedding Gown Stylist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing exceptional service and helping them find their dream wedding gown.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for the wedding industry. You will be responsible for delivering 5-Star Customer Service, achieving sales goals, and performing duties related to the presentation and operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, using the 5-Step Selling Process to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and bridal styles.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
