Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate resident clinical conditions, documenting findings in the electronic medical record and notifying the provider and/or RN as necessary.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Administer medications accurately and timely, according to orders.
  • Supervise and lead care associates to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
  • Respond to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in the review of clinical indicator reviews - falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
  • A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
  • Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
