About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Maintenance Team as a Maintenance Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of our restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Filter oil fryers daily to ensure optimal performance and food safety
  • Maintain the outside grounds, including landscaping and exterior cleaning
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Take out and empty trash compactors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Change light bulbs to ensure adequate lighting throughout the restaurant
  • Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to prevent damage and ensure proper function

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, be physically able to lift and move heavy equipment, and have a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
