We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Sheboygan Resort Operations. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

• Closing the Current Operating Day
  • Closing current day credit card batches to ensure proper processing of payments.
  • Running necessary system reports, and recording information on a spreadsheet for Accounting.
• Preparing for the New Operating Day
  • Flipping system to the new operating day, maintaining and updating records.
  • Obtaining payments and ensuring accurate financial records.
• Providing Excellent Guest Service
  • Welcoming and registering guests, establishing credit, and directing guests to their rooms.
  • Conveying information to guests, receiving and transmitting messages, mail, facsimiles, packages, etc.
• Contribution to Team Effort
  • Accomplishing projects and tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Completing nightly task lists to prepare the team for the upcoming day.

• Ability to Work 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)
