Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on crop management and seed selection.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an agronomist, preferably in seed or crop protection sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
