**What You'll Do**

As a Dental Hygiene Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and coordination of our dental office's hygiene schedule by conducting daily huddles with hygienists and team members, reviewing checkouts and end-of-day procedures, as well as assisting in audits and billing. You will also monitor emails and chats, manage incoming faxes, provide front desk coverage, and coordinate with other offices. Additionally, you will handle patient surveys, set collection goals, manage hygienist schedules, and address patient-related issues while ensuring adherence to correct procedures and provider standards, preparing vital reports, and conducting quarterly performance reviews.

We're looking for an experienced Dental Hygiene Operations Manager to join our team. You'd be the perfect fit if you can meet the qualifications listed below:

  • Experience with insurance and billing
