Role Overview

Soliant Education seeks an experienced Counseling Services Specialist to provide comprehensive psychological services in a reputable school district in Dublin, CA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school psychology and excellent communication skills to collaborate with educational teams and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Develop and recommend evidence-based interventions to address student needs, ensuring their academic and social success.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to create inclusive learning environments that support students' well-being.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students, promoting their emotional growth and development.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans, aligning with California Department of Education guidelines and district policies.
  • Offer crisis intervention and proactive mental health support as needed, demonstrating expertise in creating safe and supportive learning environments.
Requirements
  • Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology.
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological assessments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for student advocacy.
