We are seeking an Enrollment Specialist to become a vital part of our team. This role offers a HYBRID work environment, allowing for both on-campus and remote responsibilities.
Under direct supervision, the Enrollment Specialist will engage in the recruitment of qualified candidates for the college's academic offerings in a compliant, professional, and appropriate manner.
1. **Student Engagement**
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students seeking information about academic programs, including admission criteria, curriculum, and academic standards.
- Encourage qualified candidates to schedule interviews for further discussion.
- Conduct follow-up communications with potential students who have shown interest in enrollment.
2. **Interview Process**
- Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students, ensuring adherence to company policies regarding financial aid discussions.
- Utilize approved materials during the interview process to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Assess and match the college's offerings to the needs and aspirations of the candidates.
3. **Mentorship and Support**
- Provide essential information and guidance to students regarding program eligibility and the admissions process.
- Act as a liaison between students and the institution, assisting with the completion of necessary enrollment documentation.
- Mentor students to help them identify their unique skills and interests, addressing any inquiries or concerns effectively.
4. **Administrative Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and admissions activities.
- Complete daily activity reports and ensure timely completion of pre-enrollment paperwork.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required by the organization.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and excellent time management abilities. A commitment to student success and adherence to regulatory standards is essential. The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience and background in the education sector.
