We are seeking a talented CAD Technician to join our team. As a CAD Technician, you will play a critical role in creating 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks software.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing Bills of Material, conducting shop and field measurements, and reviewing project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and draft 2D and 3D models using SolidWorks software
• Develop Bills of Material for purchasing
• Conduct shop and field measurements to verify system meets design specifications
• Review project specifications, customer requirements, and project completion deadlines
• Cordinate and schedule project tasks with Production, Project Managers, and Electrical Engineers
• Verify that projects are within budget
• Conduct reviews at project completion to identify areas of improvement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in an Engineering/CAD discipline or Bachelor's in M.E.T.
• Three to five years related engineering experience and/or training
• Experience with modeling/drafting of electro-mechanical components and assemblies
• Proficiency with SolidWorks 3D Computer Assisted Design software (preferred), AutoCAD 2D software, Excel, and Word
