We are dedicated to training the Sailors who operate these reactors in the U.S. Navy's submarines and aircraft carrier fleets.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Project Control Specialist to deliver project management and scheduling support for our Infrastructure and Maintenance Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, technicians, and leadership to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Take ownership of project timelines and establish metrics to effectively communicate project status and delays.
- Monitor multiple projects with diverse timelines and constraints, proactively identifying potential issues that may impact schedules.
- Participate in project meetings, review and refine project schedules, conduct resource analysis, and track schedule performance metrics.
- Engage with engineers, technicians, project managers, and laboratory management to ensure seamless coordination on shared resources.
- Provide updates and briefings on project status to stakeholders, while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and waste reduction.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience in facilities and infrastructure operations is essential.
