About the Role

Barry Callebaut is a global leader in the chocolate industry, committed to sustainability and innovation. We're seeking a skilled Sanitation Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our manufacturing facility and office areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the factory, including exterior, washrooms, restrooms, and office spaces
  • Ensure all products meet local and federal regulations, and are safe and wholesome
  • Complete SAP/ISO paperwork and Safety Training to comply with existing and new requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness of all areas in the department, adhering to GMPs and Food Safety Regulations
  • Participate in Blood borne Pathogens and glass cleanup programs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Minimum one year of experience in manufacturing, preferably food manufacturing
  • Teamwork and Cooperation skills
  • Flexibility and Initiative to adapt to various situations and individuals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, cold, and dust
