Position: Quality Control Manager at Barnard Construction Company
About the Role
Barnard Construction Company is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team for the Chimney Hollow Reservoir project in Loveland, CO. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality programs for the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality programs for the project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Coordinate quality activities throughout the engineering, procurement, construction, and testing phases.
- Maintain open communication with clients regarding quality activities and progress.
- Review and report on quality progress and issues within the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant work experience will be considered.
- Willingness to travel and relocate for domestic and international projects.
- Five years of experience in CQC management for large-scale construction projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and in teams.
- Physically able to access construction sites in various environments.
