Job Summary

Live Nation Entertainment is a global leader in live entertainment, comprising Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. As a VIP Host, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our high-end clients. Your primary responsibilities will include selling VIP packages, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating events with our operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Sell VIP packages and maintain sales goals
  • Upsell available VIP inventory to concert patrons
  • Provide information and support to VIP clients regarding their experience
  • Coordinate operations with Ops Director, servers, and security
  • Build strong relationships with VIP clients and anticipate their needs

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and guest relations
  • Experience in selling to high-end clients
  • Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands
  • Fast-paced and often loud work environment
  • Extended periods of standing and working on your feet
  • Lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
