The Role of Retail Associate

Working in retail means being the face of NIKE, Inc. Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a passion for Nike products and services.
  • Show eagerness to learn all aspects of store operations, including Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom.
  • Provide outstanding service and attention to all consumers.
  • Assist the team in executing daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning.
  • Build positive relationships with consumers and teammates.
  • Engage actively in store community events.
  • Exhibit reliability and flexibility by working varied hours to meet business needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of various store departments and perform tasks such as operating the cash register, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and creating visual displays.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Physical capabilities to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working effectively in a team-oriented environment while providing excellent customer service.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Flexible scheduling availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
