Cardiac Stepdown Registered Nurse

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Ashland, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care in a Cardiac Stepdown setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. You will also supervise staff to ensure that appropriate care is delegated and provide support to the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure that they are providing high-quality care and meeting the needs of patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in a Cardiac Stepdown setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
