Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic OB/GYN Physician to become part of our esteemed team in the Eastern Region. This role provides the chance to collaborate with a vibrant group of professionals, including four OB/GYN physicians and one Laborist, delivering care at Newark Wayne Community Hospital. Our practice emphasizes patient collaboration, innovation, and excellence in healthcare provision.

  • Work alongside midwifery and advanced practice providers to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Utilize cutting-edge facilities, featuring a newly renovated outpatient office and labor and delivery unit.
  • Engage in robotic surgery with opportunities to expand surgical case experience.
  • Participate in educational initiatives within our integrated OB/GYN Residency Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based healthcare to patients at all life stages.
  • Conduct deliveries, surgeries, and various obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee the highest standard of care.
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring residents and medical students.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Active medical license and DEA registration.
  • Dedication to patient collaboration, advocacy, and compliance with healthcare rights and regulations.
