Leasing Manager

At RR Living, we're passionate about providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. As a Leasing Manager, you'll play a key role in achieving this goal by assisting future residents in finding their perfect home. Your responsibilities will include providing a positive and genuine experience to all current and future residents, using strategic consultative selling skills to achieve 100% community occupancy, and prioritizing tour paths to ensure curb appeal is up to par.

Responsibilities
  • Assist future residents with finding the perfect apartment to call home
  • Provide a positive and genuine experience to all current and future residents
  • Use strategic consultative selling skills to achieve 100% community occupancy
  • Prioritize tour paths and ensure curb appeal is up to par on property
  • Work towards a goal of 100% occupancy always
  • Ensure leases are complete and correct
  • Expert in using marketing techniques and social media to promote community and its events
  • Maintain and ensure the execution of the community marketing calendar
  • Strong ability to mediate and assess current and future resident feedback
  • Assist with resident retention activities
  • Assist with inputting new applicants and the screening process, input new leases and renewals daily
  • Provide feedback and make suggestions on leasing best practices for the community as needed
  • Schedule and follow up with progress of maintenance work orders and future move-ins

Requirements
  • Position requires a minimum of 1-2 years on-site as a leasing consultant preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Marketing - ability to create and execute a marketing calendar
  • Train leasing consultants as needed on leasing and touring best practices
  • RealPage experience is preferred
  • Competence in Microsoft Suite and property management software strongly preferred
  • Participate in training to comply with new or existing fair housing laws
  • Present self in a neat, clean, and professional manner at all times
  • Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook
