Job Summary

As a Part-time Seasonal Retail Merchandise Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective merchandising of Mondelz International's products in retail stores. This includes communicating with store employees, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays to optimize visibility and sales of our iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Mondelz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelz' guidelines.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

Requirements
  • Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
  • This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store's shelves
  • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
  • Weekends only, however schedules may change in the future (10-20 hours a week)
