Stan Tebow Allstate Agency is seeking a dedicated full-time Insurance Sales Consultant to enhance our operations. Our agency prioritizes meaningful interactions and the guidance and knowledge we provide to our clients. Our mission extends beyond merely selling insurance; we aim to deliver security and reassurance to families. In this role, you will assist clients in identifying the most suitable insurance solutions from our exceptional offerings while also pursuing new business opportunities.
Compensation Potential: Earnings can reach up to $100,000 for candidates with a valid Property and Casualty License and relevant experience (Base salary + commission).
This position requires an active Alaska Property and Casualty License.
This is an in-office role.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Excel in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Provide clients with education on insurance policies tailored to their specific needs.
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives as outlined by management.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Alaska Property and Casualty License.
- Prior sales experience is essential; experience in insurance is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in computer software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor in office and phone interactions.
- A genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
- May need to undergo a criminal background check concerning fraud, financial, and identity theft convictions.
