Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our care team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our senior adult and disabled clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement client care plans and service agreements
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, clean-up, homemaking, and laundry
  • Provide mobility and walking assistance, as well as kitchen and bathroom maintenance
  • Assist with toileting and personal hygiene, medication reminders, and routine transfer assistance
  • Offer transportation and errand running services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs

Requirements:

  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Certificate showing Negative for TB
  • Valid driver's license
  • Photo copy of Social Security Card
  • Current proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Completed HHA Competency test
  • Possible Federal fingerprinting requirement
