Residential Caregiver

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Caregiver to join our team at Bridgewell.

The Residential Caregiver will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities in Level 2 residential programs during overnight hours. This role requires a high level of autonomy and responsibility, with a focus on providing daily intervention, supervision, and skills training in activities of daily living. The caregiver will also maintain a home environment and community presence, requiring moderate physical assistance or accommodation for some individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assist individuals with all activities of daily living.
• Maintain required documentation according to DDS and regulatory standards.
• Assist individuals during the overnight shift.
• Complete household cleaning duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or DSP certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.

Salary Estimate:$48,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
