Specialty Steward

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialty Steward to join our team at Hard Rock. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen areas, including dishwashing and equipment cleaning
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with safety and health regulations
• Report any maintenance issues promptly for resolution

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
