Citizens is seeking a Private Client Relationship Manager to join our team in RI. As a key member of our Private Client Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our affluent and high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen relationships with clients through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand client goals and objectives, and develop personalized financial plans to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Collaborate with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and analyze client financial plans, and strategize on how to present the breadth of Citizens solutions.
- Introduce clients to relevant opportunities, including banking, lending, and investment products, and provide regular value-added engagement to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM tool to document client interactions and build an activity-based business development plan.
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
- Demonstrated success in a client-centric, proactive sales environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements.
